Filia Akvarel Pastel 312 Watercolour

These Filia water soluble pastels are extremely adaptable. They can be applied without water and then further worked with a soft water colour brush. The pastels can also be dipped into water and then used on dry paper or alternatively the paper dampened and worked with either water dipped or dry pastels.

This adaptability allows a host of different effects to be achieved simply and quickly.
